Ava Elisabeth Dell'Orfano, a dedicated junior pursuing a BFA in Digital Media and Design at the University of Connecticut, has set her sights on carving a niche in the world of film and photography. Hailing from Durham, CT, and currently based in Storrs, Ava brings a unique blend of academic prowess and hands-on experience to the table.
Ava's passion for visual storytelling is evident in her concentration in film/video production, complemented by a minor in communication. Armed with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, she has been actively involved in numerous independent projects, showcasing her proficiency in film editing, videography, and film writing. One of Ava's notable achievements includes spearheading the videography and editing of the 20th-anniversary video for the Celebrate Mansfield Festival, in collaboration with the Mansfield Downtown Partnership. This experience not only highlighted her technical skills but also demonstrated her ability to capture the essence of meaningful events through the lens.
